Rajah Lamb Seasoning 100g

A blend of salt, herbs and spices specially formulated to enhance the flavour of lamb dishes.

Usage: For best results allow 1 teaspoon per 1lb/454g of lamb.  Rub Rajah Lamb Seasoning over both sides of the piece of lamb before cooking.  Seasoned lamb can be grilled, roasted, or pan-fried.
